New Zealand Global Women, founded in 2009, is a not for profit organisation whose members are recognised, accomplished senior women leaders from a wide range of national and international disciplines and industries. Members build meaningful peer to peer relationships, exchange ideas, facilitate international opportunities and openly share their collective wisdom with each other.
As New Zealand’s premier dynamic women’s organisation, we actively work to expand the national and international impact and influence of women leaders, develop and assure leadership opportunities for qualified women, and mentor and shape emerging leaders.

Members have the opportunity to meet and interact with senior women leaders representing the full spectrum of industries, businesses and organisations .
New Zealand Global Women members will have the opportunity to get to know one another more informally at our Members Dinners held twice a year and at the annual retreat in February 2010.
Members will also be invited to one to two annual tailored programmes designed to provoke thought and promote an exchange of views and opinions. These are unique programmes that are not presented elsewhere.
New Zealand Global Women will distinguish itself as the organisation that is helping to diversify the makeup of boards and executive offices in New Zealand. This will be through leadership, engagement, and collaboration of members, emerging leaders and affiliation with influential professional organisations.
