The Global Women Women in Leadership BreakThrough Leaders' programme will focus on senior women from large public, private and non-profit organisations on the verge of "breaking through" to very senior executive and governance roles. It will provide high-calibre networks, high-level mentoring, and targeted professional and personal learning to significantly increase the number of participant women progressing to senior positions one to three years after programme completion.
