The Global Women Women in Leadership BreakThrough Leaders' ProgrammeThe Global Women Women in Leadership programme will focus on senior women from large public, private and non-profit organisations on the verge of "breaking through" to very senior executive and governance roles. It will provide high-calibre networks, high-level mentoring, and targeted professional and personal learning to significantly increase the number of participant women progressing to senior positions one to three years after programme completion. How the Programme will be deliveredThe main emphasis of the BreakThrough Leaders' programme will be on experiential learning through: 1. Access to and networking with New Zealand Global Women members 2. Workshops on specific professional development and leadership skills 3. Customised mentoring and coaching 4.
