The Global Women – Breakthrough Programme focuses on senior women from large public, private and non-profit organisations on the verge of “breaking through” to very senior executive and governance roles. The year-long programme provides high calibre networks, high-level mentoring, and targeted professional and personal learning to significantly increase the number of participant women progressing to senior positions one to three years after programme completion.
With the exception of an initial 10 week module, comprising of 10 x 90 minute face to face sessions, the programme is broken down into one and two day workshops which all take place in central Auckland.
We recognise that our participants are senior business leaders and come from across the country. So, the programme modules have been designed to be spread out over the year, in a way to minimise disruption to their busy schedules.
