Jo is a Partner in EY’s Advisory practice. Jo leads EY’s risk practice for NZ and sits on the Oceania Risk leadership team for EY.
Jo has over 21 years’ experience in delivering risk management, internal audit, programme assurance (infrastructure and IT enabled) and process improvement engagements to many of NZ’s leading organisations.
Jo is the Advisory People Partner for NZ and also sits on the Oceania People Council for EY. This role sets and deliver the people agenda, which is focused on engagement, diversity and inclusiveness, gender pay equality, remuneration and learning and development.
Jo is an active member of the EY female senior manager mentor programme run in NZ and Australia that is used to help fast track female talent into the partnership.
Jo is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors NZ (IIA NZ) and a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and NZ. Jo is a member of the IIA NZ Board.
Jo is married and has three children.
