The power of diversity and inclusion is real. I see the efforts and effects of D&I at EY every day. We are all shaped by our background and previous experiences and I want EY to be a place where everyone feels included and supported, so we can benefit from these different perspectives and experiences.
Personally, I’m very passionate about mental health and wellbeing. Creating an environment where our people feel they can talk openly and have the support required to maintain a healthy balance between work and their personal lives is a key focus for me. Amongst the wide range of programs we are running, I’m very proud of the work we are doing to encourage young Pasifika students to consider a career in professional services and our support of decile one primary school students with our homework club.
