Miles Hurrell was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited in 2018. Prior to his appointment, Miles held the position of Chief Operating Officer, Farm Source where he led Fonterra’s global Co-operative farming strategy. This is one of several senior positions Miles has held during his 19-year career at the Co-operative in roles spanning four continents, including the Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe, Russia and the US. During that time Miles has also held governance roles with Prolesur, Falcon (China Farms), MyMilk and the Global Dairy Platform.
Miles has completed management programmes at INSEAD (International Executive Development), London Business School (Finance), Kellogg’s North-Western University (Global Sales) and IMD (marketing).
