The annual Diversity & Inclusion Impact shows the progress of the Champions for Change to achieve the shared goal of 40/40/20 gender balance across all levels of their organisations.

This year’s findings sheds light on the continued focus that is needed to achieve this goal, while also showing that the progress remains steady against the NZX50 companies, despite another challenging year due to Covid.
