The Leadership Shadow:

The Leadership Shadow model is a self-reflection tool developed to help leaders focus on actions and behaviours found most likely to support progress on inclusion and diversity. It is based on the idea that the path to lasting performance improvement on any priority – like inclusion and diversity – starts at the top.

The Panel Pledge:

Champions for Change have created the Panel Pledge as a means to address and highlight any lack of diversity when asked to speak. The Pledge consists of three main parts:

1. Set expectations up front when asked to speak
2. Highlight gender and ethnic imbalance
3. Actively encourage diverse voices
