Members reflect on Waitangi Day learnings

On 4th February 2018 twenty five Global Women members travelled to Northland for three days of korero, questions and new understanding about the Treaty of Waitangi.

The members attended the historic Waitangi Day dawn service and ceremony in which Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern became the first female Prime Minister to speak at Te Whare Rūnanga on the porch of the upper marae.

We are delighted to share with you some beautiful photographs from the visit along with members’ highlights and transformative experiences, in their own words.
