Susan is the Manager – Diversity and Inclusion at Fonterra.
Prior to this she was Executive Director in EY’s People Advisory Services practice. Susan was previously a Director of dsd Consulting Ltd, Remuneration Specialists which was acquired by EY in 2014.
Susan has over 25 years’ experience in senior Human Resources and Reward specialist roles and is recognised as an industry expert in the design of contemporary reward strategies and solutions.
Susan has held the role of President of the Auckland YWCA for the last 2 years and is actively involved in diversity initiatives across NZ; including assisting organisations with pay equity reviews. Susan developed the Equal Pay Awards in 2014. Susan and EY are a major sponsor of the Equal Pay Awards, and are proud to be associated with this important issue and campaign.
